Due to USPS' most recent price increase, I have also unfortunately had to increase shipping prices on every item. I deeply apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
Shipping rates are always subject to change. Prints and stickers purchased individually do not come with tracking. International items may not come with tracking. Due to the complications of the UK exiting Brexit, orders will no longer ship there.
Please allow 2-6 business days for processing time - please note custom orders and hard copy books may take three weeks or more depending on supply and artist availability.
Custom orders require full payment upfront. ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL! Each acrylic pour is very unique, and when ordering a custom you are accepting a small risk that the paint may dry with cracks and/or bubbles, and that the colors may blend together. No specific pattern in the pour is guaranteed.
Refunds/returns for lost or damaged items may be discussed on a case by case basis. Insurance may be purchased on each package with the exception of prints, stickers, and any other items of my discretion, for an additional $2.80. Refunds are more likely if a package has been insured. Please contact me with proof at [email protected] if there are any issues and we can work out a solution together.
Please note that some paintings are not varnished at this time.
